Dana is Aboriginal/Chinese and a descendant of the Ngarrindjeri people in South Australia. With over 20 years of experience in the public and not-for-profit sectors, Dana has worked in health, families, and child protection. Dana has held senior roles in the SA public sector, focusing on program management, service delivery, policy development, and strategic planning and ran and designed programs with The Australian Centre for Social Innovation.
Currently, Dana supports organisations in planning for the future and elevating the voices of lived experience and has an absolute commitment to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander self determination & Nation building.
Dana is also a trained meditation teacher and co-facilitates the Systems Leadership
program with The Systems School.
