Madly is the co-convenor of the Local Government Multicultural Network (LGMN) and a member of the LGMN Anti-racism Working Group. Madly leads the development and implementation of diversity & inclusion initiatives in local government. She is passionate about community engagement, partnership development, and change management. Madly holds an MBA and is a graduate from the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Her career spans diversity recruitment and finance in Paris, project development in Alice Springs, and impact investing and transformation projects in the social services sector in Sydney.
Madly’s anti-racism work currently focuses on exploring how cognitive science, along with intrinsic and extrinsic motivations contribute to racism.
