Born and raised in Haifa, Reem immigrated to Australia at 14. She is an author, speaker, coach, and leadership consultant with a deep passion for justice and human rights, particularly advocating for Palestinians and Jews from the River to the Sea.
With over 20 years in executive and senior leadership roles across sales, marketing, and training, Reem was awarded Australia’s Best Corporate Trainer in 2020. As the founder and director of Dreem Coaching and Consulting, she helps individuals and organisations achieve meaningful and sustainable growth through leadership strategies, mindset development, and business acumen.
Her work focuses on heart-centred leadership, strategic thinking, resilience, and driving growth. She equips corporate leaders, business owners, and professionals with the skills to navigate change, unlock potential, and create positive, lasting impact. She believes that stagnation can hinder success, and her approach empowers leaders to cultivate balance, focus, and flow.
Reem holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic HR and IR and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is accredited to deliver various leadership and professional development programs, including bespoke solutions.
As a board director for Palestine Australia Relief and Action (PARA), Reem actively supports Palestinian migrants and refugees in Australia. She recently published From the River to the Sea: Humanizing Freedom, reflecting her dedication to truth, justice, and meaningful change.”
