Rosaline Parker

Rosaline Parker is a daughter of the Pacific, carrying her heritage proudly into every space she serves. Born in Aotearoa and raised on Dharug Country in Western Sydney, she is a proud girl from the suburbs whose lived experience continues to shape her leadership and advocacy. She is the Pacific Australian Emerging Leaders Network Program Manager at Micah Australia and recently completed her Masters in Social Change and Development at the University of Newcastle, where her research and practice deepened her commitment to Pacific‑led approaches. Rosaline is an active grassroots organiser, running The Root Crop initiative, co‑chairing the Pacific Women’s Collective, and collaborating across a range of community‑driven movements in Australia and throughout the Pacific. Her leadership is grounded in cultural responsibility, collective care, and a deep passion for Pacific Indigenous knowledge as a foundation for transformative social change.
