Sarah is the Social Strategy Manager for the City of Sydney, responsible for the City’s social sustainability policy and action plan, “A City for All”.
Prior to joining the City, she was National Sustainability Manager for Mirvac, setting the “This Changes Everything” sustainability strategy. Her experience has largely focused on community investment, reconciliation and social impact measurement. Her most recent work in the social impact measurement space has included Mirvac’s “The Value of Community”, and Hammerson’s “Demonstrating the True Value of Shopping Centres”.
Originally from the UK, she has worked on a range of major infrastructure projects, developing community consultation and engagement programs for the 2012 London Olympics, major road and rail schemes, through to the development of new nuclear power stations.
Sarah currently sits on the Board of the charity City Community Care and previously sat on the Board for the UK National Skills Academy for Retail.
