Simon Chan AM is the Acting Chair of Multicultural NSW. He is one of the longest serving members of the Multicultural NSW Advisory Board.
Simon is also the President of the Chinese Australian Forum, a Member of the Federal Government’s Australian Multicultural Council, Director on the Board of the Australian National Maritime Museum Foundation and member of the NSW Government Geographical Names Board.
Simon is the former president of Haymarket Business Chamber, and Founder and Director of Art Atrium, a contemporary gallery dedicated to cross-cultural collaboration.
Simon is a strong advocate for multicultural engagement, bringing a wealth of leadership experience across the arts, cultural, business and community sectors.
