Sukart Alex is the Founder and Director of Stand Out Youth Empowerment Inc., an organisation that uses basketball as a powerful tool to engage, educate, and empower young people across Melbourne. With a strong focus on physical wellbeing, mental health, and personal development, Sukart leads programs that support over 500 young people weekly—particularly those from diverse and underrepresented communities. Through mentoring, school partnerships, tournaments, and elite training programs, Sukart is committed to creating opportunities that help young people thrive on and off the court.
